We’re on the last stretch guys! How’s everyone doing? I am feeling strong, looking stronger, my endurance is up, and I although I still don’t love burpees, I’m liking the results they bring.
Major congrats to everyone that has kept up with the BP Challenge consistently these past 22 days. Only 8 days left!!! So what will we do these last 8 days? We’re kicking it up a notch, of course! After all….. IT’S A CHALLENGE, RIGHT?! Bring it.
Congrats to everyone that has made it through the first week of our Whole Family 30 Day BP Challenge! Time to kick it up. After all, it is a challenge! Here are some small changes we will be implementing this week that will make our workout even better, our muscles even stronger, and our challenge even more challenging.
