Congrats to everyone that has made it through the first week of our Whole Family 30 Day BP Challenge! Time to kick it up. After all, it is a challenge! Here are some small changes we will be implementing this week that will make our workout even better, our muscles even stronger, and our challenge even more challenging. As we say at our house, BRING IT!
For those of you adding in hip lifts to your BP Challenge here‘s an instructional video you should check out.
I’m pretty sure these are a little too easy for you guys though so I HIGHLY recommend putting the heels of your feet on a chair and doing your hip lifts with your feet elevated.
If that’s still too easy hold a weight (or your toddler) on your stomach as you work.
If you are a glutton for punishment move on to putting your feet on a medicine ball.
After your BP’s and 50 of these you will have worked your entire body without stepping foot into a gym.
