BP Challenge | At the Finish Line

2 days left of our BP challenge my 99 fellow crazy BPer’s!!! Keep up the great work and finish strong! On the last day, Tuesday, I plan on doing all 50 in a row. Who’s with me?! Let’s ROCK this!

Whole Family BP Challenge | The Last Stretch

We’re on the last stretch guys! How’s everyone doing? I am feeling strong, looking stronger, my endurance is up, and I although I still don’t love burpees, I’m liking the results they bring.

Major congrats to everyone that has kept up with the BP Challenge consistently these past 22 days. Only 8 days left!!! So what will we do these last 8 days? We’re kicking it up a notch, of course! After all….. IT’S A CHALLENGE, RIGHT?! Bring it.

BP Challenge | Taking it up a Notch

Congrats to everyone that has made it through the first week of our Whole Family 30 Day BP Challenge! Time to kick it up. After all, it is a challenge! Here are some small changes we will be implementing this week that will make our workout even better, our muscles even stronger, and our challenge even more challenging. BP Challenge | + Hip Lifts

For those of you adding in hip lifts to your BP Challenge here‘s an instructional video you should check out.

I’m pretty sure these are a little too easy for you guys though so I HIGHLY recommend putting the heels of your feet on a chair and doing your hip lifts with your feet elevated.

If that’s still too easy hold a weight (or your toddler) on your stomach as you work.

If you are a glutton for punishment move on to putting your feet on a medicine ball.

After your BP’s and 50 of these you will have worked your entire body without stepping foot into a gym.

30 Day BP Challenge!

 

For months now I have been doing daily PLANKS to strengthen my core. Today, I am adding daily BURPEES! Who wants to join me?! Here’s the rundown: 1 min front PLANK, 1 min left side PLANK, 1 min right side PLANK, 50 (yes, that’s right, it’s not a typo) BURPEES. It sounds hard right now but you CAN do it, and you will be amazed at how STRONG you become…quickly! The good news: IT’S ONLY FOR 30 DAYS! I will definitely be wanting to make the planks harder as the 30 days goes on, (because you will be so much stronger) but this is all a GREAT place to start.
