We had a full day of school and a massive search for freezer meals. In the midst of this amazing excitement we ate some pretty tasty food. Breakfast was my fave: chorizo and eggs.

For lunch, since leftovers were non-existent I made what any normal person would make: breakfast… again! We enjoyed ham and eggs with a good blob of mustard. Worked for us!
I redeemed myself at dinner with crockpot pulled pork. I had already made this pork and frozen it a couple months ago. I defrosted it today, added a bit more paleo barbecue sauce and heated it back up. We had pulled pork lettuce wraps and everyone thought it was delicious. The wraps looked super pretty too.
It was a day full of learning, organizing, and eating good food. Sounds good to me…..
Btw, I said yesterday that Levi was feeling sick with a fever and cough all day. What did I do? I pumped him full of vitamin C, vitamin D, a green smoothie and all natural honey cough medicine. By today his fever is gone, he is running around like his normal self, and he is once again healthy. Do I think this would have happened on its own? Nope, not at all. I think it could have and would have been much worse, but thanks to him eating healthy and having great vitamins this sickness was very short-lived. One more reason to eat well and live well.
