Okay guys. This is the one and only day of this whole30 that I kept such pitiful, embarrassing records and ate so strange that I have absolutely nothing to show for it. I can say without a doubt that we stayed on the whole30 train and did great, but we also had zero direction and zero pizzaz.
Here’s the lowdown.
Breakfast: Whatever fruit or trail mix you can get your hands on.
Lunch: Steak. That’s it, steak.
Dinner: More steak. And sweet potatoes. And steak.
Yep, it was a completely not-glamourous day but it was whole30 approved and that’s all that matters. Yay for being 2/3′s of the way there and bring on Day 21!
