I made a short video about Jeremiah’s journey with type 1 diabetes and our efforts to get him a diabetic alert dog. I pray daily for our sweet boy to thrive while living with diabetes and, of course, to be cured. Above all I pray for Jeremiah’s faith in the Lord, for his courageous spirit to never be moved, and for him to always truly LIVE.
Our tickets are in and I have updates!!!
Don’t the tickets look great?! Many, many thanks to Chelsea Morris who designed the tickets and Tara Guy who finished them up for us. You guys are the best, I don’t know what I would have done without you. I am so blessed to have such amazing people helping us to make this event a success. Thank you ladies!
Drumroll please…… We are halfway to our goal of getting Jeremiah his diabetic alert dog! We are so blessed and blown away at how well we are doing, thanks to all of you. Continue reading

We are beyond thrilled to announce Jeremiah’s D.A.D. Fundraising Benefit Night!
As many of you know we have recently started the process of getting a diabetic alert dog for Jeremiah through Warren Retrievers. It is a very expensive process but we are fully confident that it will make all of our lives so much better that it is absolutely worth it. Continue reading

Sandra Gonzales from WGNO was kind enough to come by last week and interview Jeremiah and myself about our desire to get a diabetic alert dog. Here’s Jeremiah’s news story on WGNO in case you missed it. Please, please, please share our story with your family and friends.
We still have a good ways to go in our fundraising with a goal of finishing within 3 more months and I know we can accomplish this goal. Please spread the word and please continue to pray for us as we fundraise. We are so thankful for all of you and your encouragement and support. Continue reading
2 days left of our BP challenge my 99 fellow crazy BPer’s!!! Keep up the great work and finish strong! On the last day, Tuesday, I plan on doing all 50 in a row. Who’s with me?! Let’s ROCK this!
Btw, major congrats to everyone that has kept up with the BP Challenge. You’re doing great!
Need a reminder about what we’re doing? Check this out.
Only 2 days left of our Whole Family BP Challenge! Yes it’s hard, yes it’s challenging, but you CAN do it. This is what a challenge is all about. We are challenging ourselves and we are living up to that challenge. And… we are ROCKING it.
Keep up the great work BPer’s!
We’re on the last stretch guys! How’s everyone doing? I am feeling strong, looking stronger, my endurance is up, and I although I still don’t love burpees, I’m liking the results they bring.
Major congrats to everyone that has kept up with the BP Challenge consistently these past 22 days. Only 8 days left!!! So what will we do these last 8 days? We’re kicking it up a notch, of course! After all….. IT’S A CHALLENGE, RIGHT?! Bring it.
Hi guys! We are fundraising up a storm over here! We have been unbelievably blessed over and over and are blown away at God’s goodness towards Jeremiah and our family.
We have been selling popcorn almost daily and we have 9 salons and 3 pharmacies selling chocolate for us. Today we fundraised by “bagging for tips” at our local Winn-Dixie and raised over $2,000! Thank you to everyone that helped us today and has helped us throughout our fundraising. To not only feel but see the Lord at work in our lives is amazing and humbling and we are beyond thankful.
We are over a third of the way there, coming up close on halfway. We are still selling coasters, chocolate, popcorn, bracelets and I am currently writing a holistic book with AgeSpans with the proceeds going to Jeremiah’s D.A.D. You can find out more information on all of our efforts here. Shiloh and I are also hosting a “Pamper for a Pup” fundraising party on May 6th.
Of course, our big fundraiser and hopefully the grand finale to wrap everything up will be our benefit night on June 2nd. It will be so much fun, hosted at the Ormond Plantation with food, live music and a huge silent auction. We are selling tickets here.
So, we’re doing well! We are blessed beyond belief and will continue to work hard until we have our lifesaving diabetic alert dog. Thank you so much for your prayers and support. They mean the world to all of us.
More updates coming soon!
