As we start our 4th Whole30 today I am excited to announce that our “Whole Family” will be eating our way through Eat Like a Dinosaur by The Paleo Parents! Matt and Stacy sent me a book a couple of weeks ago but with our fundraising efforts for Jeremiah’s D.A.D. I haven’t made the time to cook from it. That changes this week! I am so excited to make these delicious meals and share them with friends and family. My review will be coming this weekend! What a week it will be….
On Wednesday my fun group of bible study ladies will be coming over to my abode to share a meal (cooked my mu-ah) and share what we’re learning in the Word. It’s good timing to because they get to try out the Roast Beast with me. I’m still trying to decided what to do for dessert. We’ll see!
To add to our fun week Brandon’s parents are coming in town on Friday to stay for the weekend. Our eating habits have dramatically changed since the last time they came to visit. Now especially our meals are even more different because we are on the Whole30! I have determined to make delicious meals, paleo/whole30/hunter-gatherer, or not. We’re starting with dinner Friday night. Wish me luck!
Of course, with every meal plan, this is just a rough guideline. There may be things that arise that make me move meals around, we might have more leftovers than I thought, we might find something new we want to try. The good news is we have a starting place and that is key.
