Welcome to our Whole Family 30-Day BP (burpees and planks) Challenge!

Here’s what the challenge entails:
1 min front PLANK
1 min left side PLANK
1 min right side PLANK
50 (yes, that’s right, it’s not a typo) BURPEES
……….
It sounds hard right now but you CAN do it, and you will be amazed at how STRONG you become…quickly!
Tip: Do 10 burpees at a time with a 1 min rest in between each set.
The good news: IT’S ONLY FOR 30 DAYS!
Commit for 30 days of BP’s that will make you stronger and we can encourage and motivate each other through it.
Start date is Monday, March 19th!

I will definitely be wanting to make the planks harder as the 30 days goes on, (because you will be so much stronger) but this is all a GREAT place to start.

Tip: If your WOD included burpees feel free to deduct those from your 50.

Burpees and planks are practically a full body workout. If you are wanting to make this your workout for the day I would recommend adding 50 hip-lifts and you’ll be set to go. These 3 workouts together strengthen your entire body without having to step foot into a gym. Sounds good to me!

OH MY GOSH, I almost died. Will never skip a day again. I did it. 2 min planks and 100 burpees……tomorrow will be a sinch!

What you are doing is inspiring! Suffering with depression most days I cant even leave my home. Lately been doing a lot of praying laying in th bed asking for mental strength to get out and enjoy life. Sadly with my years of self imprisonment I m very out of shape and cant do even 1 blurpee but I am trying! Thanks!
